“Elevate” High School Ministry Coordinator

The High School Ministry Coordinator role is to encourage growth in students 9th-12th through relationship building, scriptural depth, and processing how to live a life according to the character of Jesus.

High School Ministry Coordinator answers and communicates to the Director of Student Ministries based on tasks delegated to them. 

The High School Ministry Coordinator develops, schedules, communicates, and leads Sunday night high school Bible studies. 

This includes:

• Coordinating location
• Communicating location to parents and students
• Preparing lesson
• Delivering lesson
• Following up with students after Bible study

High School Ministry Coordinator is present on Sunday mornings and manages high school students, including:

• Building relationship with students in conversations and presence
• Rotates out with other coordinators speaking on Sunday Mornings

High School Ministry Coordinator is present and active at all retreats.

This includes:

• Preparing and participating in all designated tasks listed in the retreat matrix
• Tasks may include:
• Assisting in registration
• Managing and leading volunteers
• Taking photos
• Sending reminds
• Designing/printing parent handouts

High School Ministry Coordinator will work alongside the Student Ministry Team and Administrator in posting for events on social media and will use social media as a relational platform. 

Any previous experience in graphic design or using canva would be beneficial as well.
